Volunteers needed! FRWA is partnering with Knox Hartford and the Connecticut River Conservancy to perform manual removal of invasive water chestnut on Barber’s Pond in Bloomfield, CT. Join us Wednesdays this summer: July 17, July 31, and August 14, from 10 AM-12 PM at Barber Pond in Bloomfield. Registration opens July 1, boats and floatation devices will be provided.
